🚚 Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
Domestic: 3–7 business days via TCS / Leopard.
International: 7–21 business days via DHL / FedEx (subject to customs).
Free Shipping: Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping (international & domestic).
Tracking: Tracking details are shared once the order is shipped.
Customs & Duties: International buyers are responsible for customs fees and import taxes.

💸 Returns & Refunds

Eligibility: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with certificates included.
Damaged/Defective: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund at no cost.
Non-returnable: Custom-made or clearance items are not eligible for return.
Process: Email support@mik032119@gmail.com → ship back → refund issued within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Return Shipping: Buyer pays for return shipping unless the item is defective.
